    FEEDING SECTION

    ▪ Various models with the range and optional feeders can be installed accordingly.

    ▪ Both pin or standard open gripper systems are available.

    ▪ Suitable for solid board up to 2000gsm and corrugated board up to 9mm.

    DIE CUTTING SECTION

    ▪ Main drive mechanism including worm gear and cams on precision crank shaft linkage. 

    ▪ Mechanism including bearing shells to prevent impacting and assures smooth running.

    ▪ Die cutting pressure generated from 200-350tons depending on model.

    MAIN CHAIN

    ▪ Quality sourced chains to enhance perfromance and long life.

    ▪ Main chain drive with overload feature.

    ▪ High tensile chains for strength and wear resistance.

    ELECTRICAL CONTROL PART

    ▪ PLC control, safe and reliable.

    ▪ Various safe guarding devices that will automatically stop the machine when there is any alarm happened.

    DELIVERY SECTION
