GENERAL FEATURES

DOUBLE LANE FEEDING SECTION

▪ Double lane independent servo controlled feeder for different or same cover sizes and materials feeding simultaneously, single lane feeding is available.

GLUING SECTION

▪ Integrated gluing system with recycling design, easy to clean.

▪ High precision gluing volume adjustment.

▪ Robotic arm action driven by data from software, which is dynamically matching each cover sheet position under cameras.

Memory function for repeat jobs.

AUTOMATIC CORNER PASTING

▪ Two units make top & bottom at the same time.

▪ Non-stop cardboard feeding: equipped with 2 table plates to load the cardboard.

▪ Dural guider rails assure stable running.

▪ Integrate tape feeding device, avoid tape block.

▪ Available for plastic tape, paper tape and kraft tape.

▪ Screwed teeth gears driving the mold at high speed performance up to 60pcs/hour.

DOUBLE FORMING SECTION

▪ Storage(memory) function for size setting.

▪ Automated set-up by inputting box dimensions on touch screen.

▪ Lift-up type box holding mechanism to prevent scratch of box bottom.

▪ No need to change tuck-in blade and air pressing plate.
