Gluing Section

▪ The plate cylinder will separate automatically when no blank comes to avoid gluing onto the conveying belt.

Window Patching Section

▪ The length of the sheeting film can be controlled by the touch screen setting. The adjustment can be made during machine running.

▪ Air suction during film transfer from cylinder to blank with accuracy.

▪ Film position can be adjusted forward or backward during machine running.

▪ Suction belts ensure excellent flatness transfer of the blank even if it is curved.

Delivery Section

▪ Delivery conveying table collects the finished products at the end.

▪ Movable delivery table in right-and-left directions ensures better ergonomics when mounting film reels or working.

Servo system

▪ The machine adopts 9 Servo motors driven to ensure high accuracy, easy adjustment, and stability.

Rotary Die-cut Unit
