Following the successful delivery and commissioning of two fully automatic hot stamping machines, HEASN continues to strengthen its partnership with a valued customer in Armenia. The collaboration has now entered a new phase with the recent installation of additional automation solutions.
Last week, two semi‑automatic pile lifters and two fully automatic unloaders (one machine features parallel sheet feeding, while the other features vertical sheet feeding) were completed and put into operation at the customer's facility in Armenia. These new units are designed to complement the customer's existing two Polar 115 cutting machines, forming an integrated finishing line that significantly reduces the physical strain on cutting operators while substantially improving overall cutting productivity.
The new equipment not only eases the manual lifting and unloading tasks but also streamlines the workflow, enabling faster job turnaround with consistent quality. The customer has expressed strong satisfaction with the seamless integration and the immediate operational benefits.
This latest project underscores HEASN's commitment to delivering tailored automation solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability in print finishing. As the cooperation deepens, HEASN looks forward to supporting more customers worldwide with innovative and practical equipment to meet their evolving production needs.
