As the flexible packaging market continues to grow, one of our royal customer in Europe is expanding their production from label printing into flexible packaging. In response to their expansion, our company is proud to provide complete machinery solutions tailored for flexible packaging production.
Most recently, Heasn completed the installation of a brand-new solvent-less laminating machine (compact model, size 600mm) and slitting rewinding machine (size 1300mm) at our customer site in Europe. The solvent-less laminating machine has very compact structure design (less than 25m2 floor area), can handle both applications of film to film lamination (with two components adhesive mixer machine) and film to paper lamination (with mono component adhesive machine), max, mechanical speed up to 350m/min.
The new slitting and rewinding machine also plays a very important role in customer’s production flow, it can slit and rewind various materials including most films and papers, the width 1300mm is absolutely wide enough for jumbo raw material rolls, the rotary circular blade can slit materials into narrow size rolls precisely and stably, with this machine, the customer now has high flexibility on various width rolls request.
Both systems have been successfully commissioned and are now operating smoothly in production. The project was executed with close technical coordination, ensuring stable performance, precise process control, and consistent product quality.
Together with previous installed pouch machine at this customer, HEASN continues to explore, learn and support our royal customer on business expansion into flexible packaging.
