The customer conducted an extensive technical and commercial comparison between several famous brand die-cutting machine suppliers. Despite strong competition from well-known European and Asian brands, Heasn stood out for its outstanding balance of reliability, precision, and fast response local service.

Following on-site technical support and commissioning, Heasn Eastern Europe service team ensured a seamless installation process, allowing the machine to reach full production capacity ahead of schedule.
