AUTOMATED JOB SET-UP AND JOB MEMORY

▪ Fully automatic make-ready for standard type boxes after input the key dimensions, including the straight-line, crash lock bottom, double wall, 4 corner, 4 corner with lid, and 6 corner boxes.

▪ Job memory: all job data and setting positions can be recalled for repeat jobs using saved parameters in the HMI.

▪ Remote controller and 2 sets of HMI provide the best friendly operation experience for users.

INNOVATED STRUCTURE DESIGN WITH FAST CHANGE-OVER TIME

▪ The front lock & block accessories for crash lock bottom and 4/6 corners are designed for specific usage at two independent sections; all tools are lifted and positioned by servo motors without dismantling. Therefore, for many jobs, the tooling changes are completely NOT necessary.

▪ Change-over time drops dramatically to a few minutes for many jobs.

INNOVATED HOOK-SHAFT DESIGN FOR 4/6 CORNER BOXES

▪ The two hook shafts with automatic height adjustment individually, and no need to remove hooks when the back folding system is not in use.

▪ One hook size adjusts to almost all flaps sizes, no need to change hooks for various jobs, thus saving time and simplifying tools organization. 

▪ High-accurate processed shafts match the hook assembly pin for easy operation..

▪ Accurate back folding with max. speed at 50,000 pcs/h.

FEEDING SECTION

▪  Independent servo motor driven belts for stable feeding and accurate blank spacing.

▪  The positions of 2 pile side guides, 2 feeding gates, and rear support are driven by servo motors.

▪  Pile vibrator equipped as standard.

▪  Belt-clean brush for each carrier.

▪  Remote controller for feeder start/stop and speed adjustment.

▪  8pcs feeding belts, including 4pcs vacuum- assisted feeding belts, resulting in the reliable intake of almost kinds of blanks.

▪  Pneumatic lifter of feeding gates and side guides for easy operation.

ALIGNMENT SECTION

▪ Three lanes carriers construction. Equipped with 2 upper alignment carriers and 1 center upper belt carrier.

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by servo motors.

▪ Can be easily converted to left or right side for registration.


PRE-FOLDING SECTION

▪ Three lanes carrier construction with upper carrier belts transmission system, assure much stable running of thick board or corrugated board.

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by servo motors.

▪ The pre-breaking sword for 1st creasing by 180°.

▪ The belt pre-breaking device for 3rd creasing line by 135°.

▪ Perfect pre-breaking ensure accurate and reliable opening of the finished products in the auto-erection package lines.


LOCK-BOTTOM SECTION

▪ Three lanes carrier construction with upper carrier belts transmission system. 2 split carriers for left and right lanes; 1 complete carrier for center lane.

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by servo motors.

▪ Lock accessories are driven by servo motors with automatic up and down positioning, no need to remove without usage.

▪ Modular design of lock accessories with gluing guns for easy change.


LOWER GLUING SECTION

▪ Independent servo driven lower gluing tank in both left and right side.

▪ Gluing disc width: 4.5mm

▪ Accurate volume control avoids the glue splash at high speed.


FINAL FOLDING SECTION

▪ Three lanes carrier construction with upper carrier belts transmission system, assure much stable running of thick board or corrugated board.

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by servo motors.

▪ Speed of left and right folding belts can be adjusted mechanically.


TRANSFER SECTION

▪ Main control panel with touch screen.

▪ Two lanes carriers construction with upper carrier belts transmission system, assure much stable running of thick board or corrugated board.

▪ The positions of 2 lanes carries are driven by servo motors.

▪ Telescopic upper and lower carriers easily adapt to most box formats.

▪ Kicker counter and spraying counter are equipped as standard.

DELIVERY SECTION

▪ 5 meter advanced compression conveyor.

▪ Independent servo motor driven ensures the regular box stream.

▪ Motorized forward and backward moving for the upper section.

▪ Left and right position movable.

▪ Two split pressing, one sponge belt.

▪ Height adjustable lower belt at conveyor entry for pressure control.

▪ Pneumatic squaring device at conveyor entry to work out perfect bottom effect, especially for short body and wide lock bottom boxes.
